In 1999 it was taken over by the company Display Technologies, the world's leading corporation in areas of point-of-sale (POP), shelf organisation and promotional material. In July 2002 Trade Fixtures merged with another leading company in the area of bulk goods, called Newleaf Designs, with the headquarters outside the town of Chanhassen, Minnesota.
